Born in Ahmedabad and grown up in NZ since 2001, before moving to Melbourne in 2022. I'm working as an engineering and science investment analyst at Breakthrough Victoria (a Venture Capital fund).
My parents and all extended family from my dad's side side are in Auckland, NZ, but I plan to stay in Australia. My dad is semi-retired, now running his own ice cream business, after working at Nestle for over 16 years (MSc Dairy Science). My mum (maiden name Parikh) is working as a team leader at a pharmaceutical company (MSc Analytical Chemistry).
I like to go for walks, hikes, long drives and travel (23 countries so far). I also enjoy learning new things, garba, Bollywood and sports (currently play badminton every weekend).
